1-on-1 Training
Whatever your goal, we are here every step of the way. Our experienced trainers can help you achieve your goals by giving you the extra push you need. You will be paired up with one of our trainers and they will build a workout to put you through. These sessions will be on location at On The Rise and depending on your goals our trainers will guide you through the workout, help out when needed, and answer any questions you have. This is a pure personal training session. We also provide group training sessions if you and a friend are looking to get a personal training session together.

Online Personal Training
Online personal training at OTR is the most in depth training you will receive. There are many benefits if you want someone every step of the way on your journey. The first step will be to contact us and fill out the Training Form which will be the starting point. From there one of our trainers will contact you and get more information, which will help them building your plan. Once the initial setup is completed we will send you the plan and it's time to get started. See below what you can expect to get through our online personal training.

Competition Coaching
Just like the online training, you will be teamed up with an experienced trainer who will be your personal coach up to and after any competition that you will be prepping for. Whether you are looking to compete in a bodybuilding competition, power-lifting meet, or any type of competition we will be there. Taking the guess work out of the prep can help you focus on what you need to do to succeed.
